ICT companies accelerate their growth with the Plan de M@tch program
It’s unanimous among businesses: Plan de M@tch is a unique program with exceptional benefits for management teams.
Since 2012, TechnoMontréal has contributed to the growth of businesses through its Plan de M@tch program. Created “by the industry, for the industry,” the program pairs ICT industry leaders with directors of SMEs that show strong growth potential. TechnoMontréal has now announced the opening of a new registration period for the program’s 2014-2015 group.
After two years of fine-tuning, the results of the 2014 group are unequivocal: Plan de M@tch allows companies to hone their strategic vision and grow more rapidly. “The Plan de M@tch program allowed me to define GENILAN’s strategic plan and effectively refine my business vision. By the end of the process, we were equipped with a solid offer, built on our strengths and better adapted to the needs of our markets,” declares Sébastien Morin, President and Chief Executive Officer of GENILAN, a firm specializing in IT service management and cloud computing solutions.
Among the high-growth companies that participated in the 2014 program, FX Innovation, a company specializing in cloud services and outsourcing, benefited from the program by revising its strategic plan. “Plan de M@tch connected us with industry leaders who have concrete experience in creating and executing business plans on very high levels. Entrepreneurs can sometimes be unrealistic in their perspective of the market and in their organization’s actual capacities. The concrete experience of those who accompanied us through the program made a huge difference by helping us choose better growth objectives and define better strategies with which to achieve them,” asserts Guillaume Bazinet, Vice President, Sales and Marketing of FX Innovation.
The Plan de M@tch Program
Chaired jointly by Gilles Létourneau, President of ACCEO Solutions and Michel Boutin, Executive Vice President and CFO of In Fidem, Plan de M@tch is a three-step program. Each participating SME submits to a high level SWOT analysis done by André Thompson, a recognized expert in the ICT industry. The results of this first step facilitate the establishment of a personalized plan for each of the SMEs, based on their projects and growth opportunities. Plan de M@tch then proposes a series of personalized meetings with carefully selected business leader “coaches” who counsel the SME directors on strategic aspects. The program also includes follow up over a three year period.
Companies interested in submitting their application to the program are invited to contact Santiago Bravo, Project Director of TechnoMontréal.
